Long before it was Martin, this ground was known as Green Briar Glade. We borrowed the name for a coffee shop built the same way the town was — slowly, warmly, and around good company.

Our Story

A name older than the town itself

Before Martin had its name, the community that grew up around this patch of West Tennessee was known as Green Briar Glade — a nod to the thicket that once covered the land. We named our coffee shop after that first name on purpose. It's a small, daily reminder that this town, like a good cup of coffee, was built one careful layer at a time.

Today, Green Briar Coffee Co. is a gathering place on Neal Street for the same kind of community that has always made Martin worth staying in — students, neighbors, farmers, and old friends, all welcome at the same table.
